Welcome to the ANIMAL PEOPLE NEWS repository!
From 1992 until 2013, Animal People News was Animal People’s primary vehicle for humane education. Published eight to ten times per year, it reported current events worldwide relevant to the animal protection cause, as well as editorials, book reviews, and original research.
The newspaper is no longer in print, but through this repository site, all editions will soon be made available as a resource for activists and scholars seeking to understand the history and progress of the animal rights movement.
The repository is still under construction, but for now we are proud to offer all articles published between 2001 and 2013 in searchable text format. Full editions will soon be available in PDF format for all twenty-one years of Animal People News.
